Game of the Day - Dodge Ball End Times Prophecy

It's amazing how many "would-be" prophets out there are warning us of the End of the World...some even provide dates and times!  I remember Ruth Montgomery many years ago explaining that we all get psychic impressions. All of us do. The challenge comes in trying to translate these impressions into the limited language of a dimensional reality system.

A case could be made that artists and other mostly "right-brain" dwellers have an easier time of it. Problem is that when a logical thinker tries on these ideas, he gets lost in the spontaneous chaos. So, perhaps some assistance in understanding, scoring, and winning at the Dodge Ball Prophecy game is in order.

First, there is the ball. Why would we want to make it ugly, depressing, or scary? We all know none of us are getting out of this life -- alive! So why not make the ball a piece of art with bright images along the sides with music playing on each bounce. Why not imagine "end-times" as cool, or at least interesting.

Second, the scoring need not be couched in winners and losers. What if this game relies on alignments, cooperation, and all-on-the-same-side team work. The rewards? Removing the fear and worry of outcomes and replacing them with new knowledge and excitement. Perhaps evaluations could be accomplished by degree of curiosity satisfaction.

So next time you hear or read of some End-of-the-World date and time, imagine it is just one of those very old dodge balls that with a little fixing up, you can turn into a very cool game!
